Starting from an empty space in a row of terraced houses, the client wanted to exploit this area laterally by building a bathroom, toilet and two bedrooms while maintaining the underlying volume of the garage. In addition, a living space was built as an annex behind this house.
The project was built on the juxtaposition of contemporary and traditional materials from the first half of the 20th century.
